The production line of  heat treatment has been equipped with modernize  production equipment, it can realize “quench+ tempering”, “normalize + tempering”,  “normalize”,  “tempering” etc. of  many kinds of heat treatment process, and it has some advantages of high automation, tracking data, stable operation, fast, security , environmental protection.

The products of Casing and Tubing cover the steel grade of Group1: H J K N, Group 2：L and Group3：P of the standard of API SPEC 5CT, and they are processed and tested according to API standard  strictly. The products of  heat treatment cover the standard of API SPEC 5CT, API SPEC 5L、GB5310、GB8162、GB8163.
